A Week in Review (Edition #6)

JULY 15 - JULY 20, 2019

Happy Saturday, Friends! This week I was in North Chicago on a work-related trip. I didn’t have much time for my biz, but did have some fun!

Here are my highlights this week:

BOOKS

The Four Agreements

This book was sent to me by James Wedmore. I knew about it, but have never read it. Here’s the synopsis from Amazon: “In The Four Agreements, bestselling author don Miguel Ruiz reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, The Four Agreements offer a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love.

FAVORITE RECIPE

Cashew-Milk Honey-Cinnamon Latte

After drinking Starbucks coffee multiple days on the road, I was ready to come home to my favorite coffee. I go to Amethyst Coffee shop in Denver for this special treat. They make their own cashew milk for drinks. I add the honey-cinnamon mix and get it on ice. This adds the perfect amount of sweetness without masking the flavor of the delicious espresso.

CURRENTLY OBSESSED WITH

The Reframe

Your perspective is all that matters. When you find yourself seeing a situation in a negative light, pause and ask:

“Would someone else see this differently?”

With that question, you give yourself a chance to break out of your negative mindset and open yourself up to a new perspective. Remember, while a circumstance is a FACT, the way you VIEW and react to that circumstance is up to you.

I had to cancel my workshop this week because I only had one person register. Instead of viewing myself as a failure, I decided to view this as a learning opportunity. I took away many lessons, including a renewed commitment to my own “alignment before action.”

PRODUCT EXCITEMENT…

Vitamin C Oil

If your skin is looking dull and flat, you may need to add a Vitamin C boost.

Vitamin C oil is a powerful brightening agent. It sloughs off dead skin cells and helps build collagen and elastin in new skin. It will leave your face looking BRIGHT, FRESH and PLUMP. It is also known to help reduce scaring and skin discoloration. I love using it overnight because I wake up with a fresh face and a fresh perspective.

You can get your hands on the Beautycounter Brightening Vitamin C oil here.

Give it a try and see your skin TRANSFORM. Email me if you have any specific skin questions and I can help advise you.
