Whenever I ease off coffee, I need to replace it with something equally cozy and delicious. I made this chai latte on a particularly snowy, dreary February day and it was ah-mazing! You can adjust the recipe as it fits your needs - use a caffeinated chai, skip the coffee, double down on maple syrup…whatever you like!
10 oz hot water
1 chai tea bag (I used a caffeine-free rooibos chai from Numi)
2 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp collagen
1-2 tsp honey
1 oz brewed coffee
Step tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes to extract maximum flavor.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender.
Pour in steeped tea and blend on high until frothy. ENJOY!
