Warming Morning Tonic

Uncategorized Feb 26, 2018

I love to experiment with what I lovingly call "health tonics" - basically just combining healthy things into a yummy beverage. Seeing that the change of seasons is among us, I endeavored on making something that is warm and will help fight fall and winter colds. Note that I use Turmeric Extract and Ashwagandha Extract but you could certainly substitute for the powders, though the consistency will be a bit different. Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory product and combined with Ashwagandha, a great stress reliever, you have a powerhouse of ingredients that fight common causes of sickness - fatigued adrenal glands (STRESS) and Inflammation. So brew up a cup and enjoy the healing properties.
